mold, which created a lightweight part with side benefits of reduced the vibration transfer to the vehicle and extra noise reduction at a joint project with our customer, elementor-size-default\">Natural Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Injection Mould Development Project<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f46c00 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials are replacing conventional  PP materials at the production of large door panels withhigher aesthetic expectations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The new materials are successfully creating lighter door panels, as well as, more environment friendly and ensure way better noise reduction.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We have successfully utilized innovative injection methods in Inmold forming and Overmolding in our Project<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0aca92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0aca92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Air ducts in vehicles are most commonly manufactured with blow molding technology.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In this joint project with TOFA\u015e, we not only developed the process of lightweighting through a double plate vacuum-reinforced moulding technology but also implemented a manufacturing and molding process for complex shaped low density materials for the first time in Turkish Market. We have successfully designed, produced and tested a twin sheet machine in our R&amp;D lab.
